One-off payment, no Kerro Labs subscription. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI (French small-business VAT exemption): the package price shown is the price you pay. Hosting, domain and third-party services are paid by you and listed in your quote.

Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Paris time, excluding French public holidays. Response times refer to the first reply; the time needed to fix an issue depends on the diagnosis.

  • A design suited to your business, easy to read on a phone
  • Legal pages (legal notice, privacy), in addition to your package’s pages, based on your information
  • Clear titles and descriptions, and your business presented to search engines
  • A contact form, an HTTPS certificate and launch on your own accounts
  • A 30-minute or one-hour introduction depending on the package, and a user guide
  • A link to your existing booking tool, if you have one

One year of maintenance with Peace of Mind

From launch, maintenance of the delivered website is included for 12 months in the €1,500 package.

A monthly technical check, fixes for defects in the delivered website, necessary security and compatibility updates, a backup before each intervention and help with restoring it.

You also get 30 minutes of content changes per month, not carried over: opening hours, prices, text or photos on existing pages. A 20-minute review call is scheduled every quarter.

What is agreed from the start

You provide the text, photos and logo. A round of revisions is one grouped list of adjustments to the proposed version, within the agreed scope. Support answers your questions about using the website and fixes defects in the delivered website; it does not include new features.

Support starts at launch. When it ends, you keep your website; any further work is quoted separately, with no automatic renewal.
