Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Paris time, excluding French public holidays. Response times refer to the first reply; the time needed to fix an issue depends on the diagnosis.

No. The three packages are paid once, with no Kerro Labs subscription. Hosting, domain and any third-party tools are paid directly to the providers; your quote lists their costs. Peace of Mind includes 12 months of maintenance, with no automatic renewal.
A monthly technical check, fixes for defects in the delivered website, necessary security and compatibility updates, a backup before each intervention and help with restoring it. Peace of Mind also includes 30 minutes of text or photo changes per month, not carried over, and a quarterly review call. New pages and features are quoted separately.
The packages cover a business website and the stated support. A link to your existing booking tool can be added at no extra cost; that tool’s fees remain yours. A custom booking module is quoted separately.
No problem. I can write your content after a conversation with you and advise you on photos. This time is listed separately in your quote.
Kerro Labs operates under the French small-business VAT exemption (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code), so the price shown is the price you pay. For clients outside France, the tax treatment is confirmed in your quote.
